Well the one in Galveston; you can get coupons at Kroger, The one in New braunsfels; you can get coupons at Feista, I hate going in to feista. But yeah kroger offers like a $25 dollar certificate for only $15
I would try the local grocery store at the end of checkout. Kroger maybe.
Taco Bell has Schlitterbahn coupons at their Waco, Austin, Segiun, College Station, Killeen, New Braunfels, and San Antonio locations. The list is on this site:
Sonic, HEB, and IHOP have also had them in the past, and you can sometimes find coupons on Coke cans.
Unless things have changed, Pizza Hut used to carry them. And since it sounds like you live in Texas, check Dr. Pepper cans-they have had them in years past.
