As of lately, recent articles/reports (http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2008/04/dtv_coupons.html) are showing that the coupons are being delivered anywhere between 10 to 45 days past the scheduled delivery date.
A phone call to the NTIA hotline will only get an automated response, and as you’ve posted as well…..entering your coupon # on the website will only confirm the expected ship date.
You may want to keep watching the mail box closely, it’s probably only a matter of time before you receive the coupons.
