I live in the Tampa Bay area and I don’t know of any. Best thing you can do is use a coupon with a buy one get one free deal at Publix.
I only shop at Publix and they do not offer double coupon days but I have heard that Winn Dixie may do this…check out their ads or call your local store and ask them. I love to use coupons, especially when Publix has buy one get one free items and the coupon is for an amount off when purchasing 2 of the items. Also, Publix accepts competitor coupons (Winn Dixie, Albertson, etc). In Orlando we get the newspaper and on Wednesday there is a food section with $5 off to one of these stores usually, plus Publix’s weekly add with their buy one get one free list. Hope this helps!
