Just check the websites of specific restaurants.
ENTERTAINMENT Books. I just got one and there are tons of free food coupons in it.
There in newspapers.. sometimes till receipts
In your mail
in the Sunday paper

Just google whatever restaurant you are interested in plus the word coupon..
eBay. You have to pay for them, but it’s A LOT less than what the food is actually worth.
