There are many great sites out there that offer free coupons you can print right off of your computer. The one i have found that is the best and that has members that will actually help you is I have saved 100’s on my grocery bill thanks to the help full users.
Print target coupons
There are Yahoo groups dedicated to coupon swapping. Also Forums such as A Full Cup as mentioned before and Hot Coupon World. There are databases there that you can make ISO (in search of ) lists and swap with people and print out coupons you can use. If you match your coupons to sales, you can really save money on your food bill!
