Never heard of clothing vouchers, but we are living off welfare right now until my husband finds a new job, so I will definitely be keeping my eye on this question. Our sons are 17 months and 8 weeks. And for those people who suggest you can afford a computer, what they don’t realize is that you could very well be at a friend or relative’s home, or even the library. Or you could have had the computer long before you did “become” poor. Some people won’t think or understand until they are in the same boat.
