Most coupon codes are only for online purchases. The companies save money by selling online, so they are happy to offer coupons to encourage online shopping.
I am pretty sure that you just enter the coupon code when you check out online not sure about the store but if you need a code for either a fragrance product or photo book let me know i have two codes that are a good chunk off the price just send me a message
You get the code at , then you enter the code in the shopping cart on the online store. Otherwise you can’t use them offline
