Ubisoft order accepting coupon code but not adjusting shipping cost?

It says it accepted the coupon code but I’m at the checkout point and it has totaled the order and is not adjusting the shipping price to reflect the coupon code.

sometimes the discount is applied just before you check out. it isnt always applied until everything is tallyed up. as long as you dont place the order keep stepping forward until you are on the verge to see if it applies.
also check to make sure it is for the exact item you are ordering and you have satisfied all conditions for it.
