Best Buy does not have any coupon codes, but there is a printable coupon at ShoppersResource.com (link below). I don’t think the coupon is valid on GPS units though. Have you tried a comparison shopping engine, like Shopping.com?
Circuit City sometimes has a 10% off code, with a minimum purchase of either $199 or $249, but there are a lot of restictions on those codes when they are available. Here is the typical list of restrictions for Circuit City:
